What registration collects

Your account uses an email address and phone number, both verified. Competitor registration includes first and last name, personal email, date of birth, student type, full-time enrollment certification, résumé, and seasonal participation consent. Competitors must be at least 18. Coaches, directors, and staff provide their name and verified official email and phone; they do not complete student registration.

How your information is used

CCDC event organizers use your registration details to check eligibility and manage teams.

Contact about CCDC events

By registering, you agree that CCDC event organizers may use the email addresses and phone number you provide to contact you about CCDC events, including registration, eligibility, schedules, roster changes and event updates. Profile contact information is reserved for CCDC event organizers.

Sponsor résumé books

A résumé is required to compete. CCDC assembles résumé books for competition sponsors. Sponsors receive the information in your uploaded résumé, including any contact details you include in the document. Contact information entered in your profile is reserved for CCDC event organizers and is not added to résumé books. You may decline sponsor outreach or interviews without affecting your eligibility to compete.

Who can see your registration

Captains and coaches see team member names and whether registration is complete. Authorized regional directors can review private registration details and résumés for their region; national directors can review them across all regions. Regional staff can see team summaries and contact phone numbers for their region; national staff can see them across all regions. Signed-in participants can view the school and region directory.

Register each season

Your account continues between years. Team registration, student profile, résumé, and consent are recorded for each season.
